Supplier Management Owner / Auditor - Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Position Summary

The Supplier Management Owner will mainly focus on the maintenance of the evolved Supplier Management & Audit System according to ICH/EU/AMBO requirements. Implementation into day-to-day practice and constant evaluation of the applied processes will help to continuously improve the established systems. As experienced auditor he/she will independently plan, perform, and follow up on external and internal audits. In addition, the Supplier Management Owner will use his/her expertise to contribute to maintaing GXP compliance in the QA department.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of supplier management system and supplier register
  • Perform quality oversight of suppliers and ensure compliance of activities and procedures
  • Onboarding of new suppliers
  • Key contact for audit topics
  • Preparation, hosting and post-processing of supplier and internal audits
  • Classification of observations and assessment of actions
  • Reporting on outcomes of audits to the management
  • Negotiate Quality Agreements

Qualifications

  • Education in technical or natural sciences (university or FH up to MSc)
  • At least 3-5 years Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferably in the field of Quality and Compliance
  • Experience in performing audits (internal and external), qualifications like ISO19011 are a plus
  • Hands-on knowledge of US cGMP, EU GMP (EudraLex Volume 4) regulations and ICH Quality guidelines
  • Hands-on knowledge of GCP regulations
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Valid EU working permit

We are required by Austrian law to post a minimum salary. The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is EUR 4.112,- based on fulltime (40 hours per week); depending on experience and qualification salary can be negotiated. In addition, we offer a performance-related bonus payment and participation in our stock option compensation program.
